Extraer la pastilla del recipiente protector e insertarla en la pulsera. Ajustar la pulsera a la muñeca o tobillo. Mantener la pulsera puesta durante el tiempo deseado. Es recomendable cambiar la pastilla cada 15 días.

* Como coloca el recambio: extraiga la pastilla del recipiente protector. Introduzca la pastilla por una de las aberturas traseras, hasta que quede bien ajustado. Unir ambas partes e introducir la pulsera por una de las aberturas traseras y sacando por la otra, hasta situar el brazalete hasta la mitad. Ajustar a la muñeca y/o el tobillo.
